We collect only what is strictly necessary to operate your portfolio and secure your account:

• Account Data: Your name, email address, and billing information (processed securely by our payment partners).
• Portfolio Assets: The professional history, images, files, and text you voluntarily upload to build your digital presence.

3. Data Retention & Your Right to Deletion

Your data is retained only as long as your account is active. You maintain the right to complete digital erasure. Upon account deletion, all personally identifiable information and hosted assets will be permanently purged from our primary servers and rolling backups within 30 days. However, we securely retain immutable consent logs and financial transaction records indefinitely, strictly for legal, tax, and compliance purposes.
